Style Society Boutique Members will receive free standard delivery on all online orders over $100.
If your online order is received before 12pm CST, orders will be delivered within 5 working days to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia.
Standard Delivery within Australia
The standard delivery cost for an online order under $100 is $12.95, which will be added on top of the total purchase cost. The delivery will be made using Parcel Post Plus standard service, which expects to deliver your item(s) within 1 to 5 working days - delivery time is not guaranteed with standard delivery.
Express Shipping within Australia
This option provides next day delivery across Australia within the express post network and provides you with online tracking. Additionally, it provides you with extra security with signature on delivery to ensure your package is received by you.
To purchase express shipping, select the option when checking out and an extra $15 will be added to the total.
International postage charge for orders under A$350 is A$50 and free for orders over A$350. Please note International postage can take approx 5-10 working days.
A tracking ID is sent to you in an email from Auspost. You can follow the link in that email onto their site, enter the tracking ID and check where your order is.
Signing for Deliveries
As a security measure all deliveries must be signed for to receive the package.
Please notify Style Society Boutique of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of receiving your order via email. Please download and complete the Returns Form (click here) and email to email@example.com All claims need authorisation from the Style Society dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. c

Alternatively, you may return the item(s) in store with a copy of your receipt within 7 days of your purchase.
To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post. Please allow two weeks for processing, from the day you return your package. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
EXCHANGES & CREDIT NOTES
Style Society Boutique will happily exchange your item if it has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Please ensure all original swing tags are intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department. This has to be done within 7 days of receiving your goods . Please note Style Society will not pay the postage of a return package.
We are happy to offer a credit note if you change your mind once you have received your purchase. Please adhere to the exchange option policies. Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using a credit note.
Due to health reasons earrings and hosiery are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.

At Style Society Boutique we make every effort to display the garments and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Where possible we will offer to repair or replace faulty items. If you wish to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product if it is available. You will receive a full refund if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced.
