Welcome to Style Society Boutique. This website provides information, products and services subject to the following terms and conditions described. By accessing Style Society Boutique you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted, without limitation or qualification, and are bound to Terms and Conditions of Style Society Boutique.

Style Society Boutique ships worldwide, using Australia Posts’ Parcel Post Plus and Express Post Platinum services for all orders unless otherwise specified.  

We attempt to ship all goods within 2 days of receiving your order. If you would like to follow up on your order please contact us. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order we will notify you within two business working days.

Style Society Boutique is committed to ensuring appropriate privacy standards are maintained to protect the personal information you provide when you access and use our website. We will collect personal details from you such as your name, email address and general contact details.

All private information supplied by customers to Style Society Boutique including names, addresses, credit card details, and email address are never shared, sold to third party companies. We only use your supplied email address to contact you regarding your order.

Security of Personal Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. While we exercise appropriate care in relation to the security of your personal information, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Style Society Boutique does not warrant the security of any personal information transmitted to us over the internet and you do so at your own risk. Purchasing Products from Style Society Boutique

You will exercise and rely solely on your own judgement in using the website for purchasing products. In no event shall we be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including any loss of business or profit goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of any use or inability to use the website. 


At Style Society Boutique we understand that shopping online for fashion can be challenging. Whether it be that you didn’t get the right size or that the colour didn’t look as great on you as you thought, we are happy to exchange the item(s) or provide you with a store credit within 7 days of your purchase; being the date on your Tax Invoice.

We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practises act. The item is then recognised as faulty and incurs a refund. We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

'On Sale' Items and Special Orders can only be returned if faulty or do not match the description advertised.

Returns should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

To be eligible to return an online purchase you will need to complete the electronic Returns Form found on this website within 7 days of your purchase. After submitting this form an automatically generated email will be sent to your email with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) - this is the ‘Returns Confirmation’. You will then need to return the product within 7 days of receiving this number. Outside of these time frames a return may be accepted at the discretion of Style Society Boutique. Please note that RA numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion. All return packages must be received by Style Society Boutique within 7 days of receiving the RA number, otherwise a refund will not be granted.

At Style Society Boutique we make every effort to display the garments and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. 

If your item is faulty or defective or does not match the description advertised, a cash refund will be granted (if requested) within 7 days of your purchase. This will need to be stated on the Returns Form.

Please send your return item(s) with a copy of your ‘Tax Invoice’ and your ‘Returns Confirmation’ or RA number via Registered Post to the address below within 7 days of receiving your ‘Returns Confirmation’:

Alternatively, you may return the item(s) in store with a copy of your ‘Tax Invoice’ within 7 days of your purchase.


A monetary refund, exchange or store voucher will only be processed with a RAN and once the returned item(s) have been received and assessed, which may take up to 5 days after being received. 

To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Due to health reasons earrings and hosiery are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.

Discount codes

When checking out you will go to right away, where Paypal collects your shipping and billing address. After that, you will return to the Style Society Boutique website where you will pick a shipping rate and type in a discount code (if you have a discount code that is 'active'), the price is updated accordingly and, on that same page, you get to finalise your transaction.


All Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. All faulty garments must be returned to us within 21 days from the purchase date (7 days to notify us and 7 days to post the garment with the Tax Invoice and Returns Authorisation Number). This is a sufficient amount of time to find a manufacturing fault. All returns after this date will be at the discretion of Style Society Boutique. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you wish to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product if it is available or a product of the same value or less. You will receive a full refund if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced.


To expedite exchange or replacement to you as quickly as possible, Style Society Boutique will use the information you supplied at purchase. Please be sure to notify us of any changes to your information since your last purchase.

Please note: We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of an error made by Style Society Boutique.

Damaged Items

As soon as you receive your order, please inspect the parcel or carton containing your purchase for any external damage that may have occurred during transport (Please note; it is normal for parcels or cartons to have scuff marks caused in transit without content being damaged). However, once you have opened your parcel and product damage is apparent e-mail immediately. Please retain all packaging material used for dispatch to enable inspection by Style Society Boutique.
